House batteries storage switch

The house batteries storage switch doesn't seem to turn off batteries, is the switch supposed to click when pushed to storage? My switch when I toggle it to storage doesn't stay in that position and I can turn the lights on after doing that

Yes; you should be able to hear it click. What's the condition of your coach batteries? They need to have enough power available to activate that "Use/Store" relay.,,

If you're plugged into SP the converter will supply the DC buss including lights, fridge, etc even if the house batteries are disconnected by the switch. If you have a little LED "status" indicator, it will stay lit as well. Unplug from SP to test the battery disconnect.

I have a 2017 Thor Freedom Elite 30FE Class C. The 12V system is not working, but everything works when plugged into shore or the generator is running. The battery disconnect switch, next to the door, does not make the clunk sound when switching from Store to Use. I'm assuming the switch has blown a fuse or something. The house batteries are connected and running fine. The ground is also connected fine. I've read a few places that there is a reset button someone on the fuse. Does anyone know where this is inside the rig? I cant locate anything next to the house batteries, or behind the switch itself (under refrigerator). Could it be something else?

Welcome to the forum!
Can you check the batteries to see if they are charge-up?
(put them to the "voltmeter test"...)
There is a breaker on the ourside of the battery box.
If your batteries are under the steps: crawl under the RV, and look at the outside back edge of the compartment that holds them.
