House battery switch

My house battery switch isn’t working. The one right by the door. The panel shows the battery is at full charge. I keep my RV plugged in 24/7. Any ideas

It's plugged in and the batteries are at full charge. This is normal. What do mean that it's not working? Are you trying to turn it off, whereby the batteries will draw down and they aren't?

Year/Make/Model RV would be good info to have.

Define "not working"

The panel will always show "full charge" whenever the RV is plugged into SP or on Generator power. It is only an accurate display of battery voltage when disconnected from SP for at least an hour and connected to the house batteries (USE/STORE switch in USE, battery disconnect closed).
