How to access/replace cab AC control box?

How does one get access to the heater/ac controls on the dash. They are surrounded by plastic trim which also surrounds Axxera system. Any ideas on how to remove the plastic surround?

Remove the doghouse.
Throw a mat on the engine
Lay on the engine facing the ceiling with your head under the dash.
Use your flashlight (You DID bring a flashlight? Didn't you?) to find the nuts holding the faceplate in; or maybe you can get to what you wanted from where you're at.
