How do I change gear on drop down bunk motor?

2017 Thor Hurricane 34f; drop down bunk gear On driver side is stripped out. It starts to move up and or down but slips and falls several inches violently. I tried getting to it but couldn’t. I did however, find some broken gear teeth that fell out of gear assembly. Does anyone have instruction on how to replace drop down bunk motor / gear? Looks like this one is gonna take some effort. Thanks.

Anything on YouTube? Call Thor customer service? I just know it’s the same technology as slide outs, schwintek.

Call Thor and ask for a diagram of how the bunk is constructed. At one time I thought I would use one those motors as back-up in the event one of the slide motors die. After studying the diagram I gave up on that idea. It appeared to me that it was a pretty big job to get to the motors. Good luck.
