How do I restore DC power and reset the Fire Fly control panel?

Hello: I need some quick assistance. Bottom line, after having issues with the Aquahot system only blowing warm air from the bathroom, I checked the FireFly NET interface panel and found a red wire disconnected from the plug with other wires. After disconnecting the plug and reinserting the red wire, I reconnected the plug. Now the NET Status LED light is blinking red-green. I now have no DC power and my Fire Fly controls are blank.
QUESTION: How do I regain DC power and reset the Fire Fly controls??
(Without DC power I have no lights, heat pumps, slides etc...and we are scheduled to leave tomorrow.)

I was able to reset my Firefly system just by turning the use/store switch off for 60 seconds.

They don't have a tech support number you can call?

Even Lippert has weekend emergency numbers. You leave a message with your problem and call back number and someone usually calls you back in an hour or so.

And no manual? Not even online?

Where is the "Use/Store" switch on your Aria 3901? I can't find one on mine...

It is the battery on/off switch by the door. Same switch, different name. Also called salesman switch.

Turning the switch off does not turn off my inverter.
