How do you buy replacement parts

I'm looking to buy a replacement compartment storage door for my 2011 Thor Serrano. Do you have a point of contact or a contact number for Thor parts. When I complete the request form I just get an email stating my authorized Thor Dealer Ship can assist me. I have not had a good response from them so I'm looking at other options.

I had someone break in through the windows of my 32n, they didn't take anything, but what an annoyance... I ordered the windows from a rv glazing company... since the insurance covered the damage, they installed the windows but they are available through a glazing company...

Hello Everyone,
Any one found a good place online to source Thor motorhome class A parts? I have a 2019 Thor palazzo 37.4 and one of the interior ceiling panel joint covers fell off and not reusable. Also, looks like the black track piece/ channel or whatever holds the trim piece up also needs replaced. Is there any where online one can type in VIN or motorhome year, make, and model and get a list of parts. I am not exactly even sure what some of these are called so don't know how to even ask at a dealer or what to search for. This is my first RV of this caliber and just trying to get small things fixed. Thank you for any help!

Thor MC buys the entire door from Lippert or Dexter. Replacement door windows for Lippert and Dexter RV doors are available from Amazon, E-trailer, RecPro, EBay to mention a few.

Everyone does know that you can call Thor with your VIN and they should be able to look up exactly what was used to build your coach and sell you a replacement, yes? Depending on the part you could end up spending less than you would from online retailers.

Dexter doors is right down the street from Thor. Call them they will send you anything. I went up there last summer and had a new door installed.

Well to clarify things - true if you are under warranty, you can work with Thor MC and have them send you parts. If you are out of warranty, Thor MC will give you the part number, but you must the arrange to buy it from a dealer.
Thor MC list all of the major items installed in your coach on the inside of the bedroom closet doors. The manufacturer's part number and the description plus the Thor MC part number are listed. If you list has disappeared, you can get a replacement from Thor MC.

NOT CORRECT! I have purchased many replacement and upgrade parts for my 2018, defiantly out of warrantee, ACE 30.3 directly from TMC. Ordering directly get the part quicker and often cheaper that having to go through a dealer.

The “Build List” as described above is a great help. I have purchased awning covers and fridge handles by Googling the assembly make and model and the name of the part I needed. I found third party suppliers like RVupgrades.com that were cheaper than the oem manufacturer. Even better Amazon sometimes has the part I want with free shipping for Prime customers.
