Check the photos and let me know how I did. I opted to use Eternabond tape rather than Dicor because I thought with what appeared to be multiple layers and loose sections.
I’ve got more to do, front and rest of sides. I think I may go with Dicor around skylights and vents, since I’ve heard (and my short experience with Eternabond) if you have to or want to replace one of those roof top units getting the tape off will be a huge job.

I just finished my 24F. I installed two MaxxAir fans, and lapped the Eternabond up onto the vertical flange about an inch. I covered every seam, every dollop of Dicor on the roof with Eternabond.

Don't fret about removing it if needed. For instance, if I ever needed to remove a fan, carefully cut the Eternabond along the outside edge of the flange. Use a heat gun on LOW to soften the tape covering the screws. Carefully use a plastic scraper to reveal the screw heads. Remove/replace fan.

Re-tape... overlapping where you cut the original Eternabond tape.

The "what if I need to remove the Eternabond" fear is most common argument for not using it. So... DON'T remove it... make it work as an additional layer of protection!!

All I know is I'm DONE with the annual re-application of poly sealer (Dicor or similar). With Eternabond I've reduced that to roof washing and perfunctory inspections... and spend more time camping than worrying about a leaking roof!

I like that point And understand your plan for having to “remove” the Eternabond, don’t lol
I know I got a few small bubbles, some of the larger ones, -1/2” I poked a hole in and hand squeezed the air out. How big a deal are small bubbles?

In my entire roof project I got several places with small bubbles that wouldn't "press out" with the heavy steel roller I was using.

Common sense tells me to leave them alone... no "poking holes" - which just makes a pathway for water! I'd rather have a DRY pocket of air underneath the tape that's going NOWHERE and not harming anything. I even have wrinkles here and there. I rolled the heck out of them until the butyl adhesive oozed out. NO WAY water is wicking through a wrinkle either!

Most of this is attention to detail and common sense. Make CERTAIN that every piece of Eternabond is rolled/burnished down tight to activate the adhesive bond. Wrinkles and air bubbles are unavoidable... BUT if you adhere the tape tightly, no water can intrude. It's just an aesthetic irritation.
