Headlight help please.....pseudo emergency
2016 Outlaw 37RB. Problem initially was all forward lights quit working. Cab clearance lights still work. High, low, parking...quit working.
Checked all fuses I can find. Replaced the whole switch assembly inside the cab as well as a relay in Fords box in the engine compartment.
Now we have parking lights, turn signals and high beams. Low beams still do not work.
Pulling my hair out. Please help

I did fine a loose ground from the head lights but it didn't fix the current issue. Still no low beam.
Would a bad ground burn out both bulbs?

Do you have a volt meter, $20 at Walmart.
A missing/loose ground always cause strange trouble.
But first don't throw any more parts at it .
Reinstall the original parts. Check to see if anything changed
If you still have no lights, it's time for the meter.
Get back with us hopefully with good news, but more help if needed.

I have a meter and plan to check the low beam plugs for 12v tomorrow and see if I can maybe swap in a high beam bulb to see if it will work. I think it's unlikely both bulbs burned out at the same time tho. I was also told to check a DLR relay, honestly, right now I can't even remember if it has DLR

Dlr are off at low beam, on at high beam, on when headlights are off.
Fog lamps work only only low beam and parking lights.
Mostly, generally.
I believe, and this is belief, not maybe fact, you're headlights have seperate right left high low fuses.

Yes they do have separate fuses. I have checked and double checked those.

There's a headlight relay somewhere under the hood.
On mine it's the impossible to get to box on the drivers side.
Before tearing into it listen carefully to hear the high beam relay latch.
If you get lucky you'll be able to hear it.
Then listen for the low beam relay.
I'm just telling you past experiences and I don't know what will relate to your rv.

Impossible to get too box on right side.......Can you be a little more specific?
I keep looking for a USP Power Distribution Box 1. My manual shows it but I can't for the life of me find the dang thing

My front end isn't like your front end so I can't help with where it is.
No matter it should still be on the drivers side somewhere tucked up just above the radiator.
It's so hard to see.
Maybe you'll hear it?
Try turning on the flashers and maybe the really is in the same box....
I'm just here because no one will help.
So much of it is all the same I figured any nudge could help at this point.

I checked for power to the low beams and have nothing.
I'm lost.......there are 2 boxes above the radiator and I replaced a relay in one of them. No difference. The turn signal relays are next to brake pedal in the cab, I can hear them clicking. Switching high beam on and off does not elicit a relay clicking noise anywhere that I can hear

If you need to get home at night I can offer three fixes.
Turn the top screw in and the bottom screw oit on your bright light headlamp adjusters. This will essentially dim Your brights.
Hook up a relay and attach the trigger wire to your fog lamps.
That'll turn on your dims when you turn on the fog lamps.
Or cut and swap the wires from your fogs to you low beams.
I'd do the cut and swap of fog lamps as the easiest.
This is all the remote help can give.
(my light bar is relay triggered by my drl.)
It's on anytime my drl are on, so not during low beam and not when the fog lights are on.
In essence the fog light switch controls the light bar with a bit of 'not on low beam' safety thrown in.
I'm telling you this so you can think of the drl vs fog lamp vs low beam circuit that exists within your wiring harness.

Fogs and low beam work together.
This doesn't narrow much down but it would point to the main headlamp control or steering column stalk.
I THINK power comes from seperate areas for fog and low beam and only come together at the stalk.
I just happen to have anew Ford stalk sitting here.
I don't know how this will help you, I don't have a schematic but I could do any pin out test you suggest.
I'm going to suggest you look at the wonky(mine is) main headlight control and make sure all the spade connectors are attached.
(the reason I have the stalk is many complain about the wiper control. So I bought a stalk, offered to do all the work, swap our wipers over to the stalk and print all the instructions. All I asked from this community was for someone to do the pin out and design a jumper I would build. You know what I got?

Ok, I have an update on this issue. Long story short, Ford dealer found a broken wire in their harness under the dash (I believe that's the location, I'll know for sure when I pick it up).
RV shop could not find it and replaced a few parts then gave up.

Had a similar problem with my Hurricane. No fog lamps. Turned out to be a broken wire coming out of the fuse box next to the e brake pedal.
