With our 41 foot DP I never worried about it, it was a solid sheet of fiberglass and was very solid. With the Gemini and the TPO roof it was a different story, not nearly as robust, and though I no longer got up on the roof, workers would when it was washed and waxed. Got comments ranging from, its ok, to got to be very careful up there.

If it is not rotted, then it should hold you so long as you do not jump on it! That being said, RV ladders are not designed for your weight. Even a lot of standard ladders are not. So make sure you have a very good ladder designed for your weight.
