HVAC knobs

The fan knob to the dash HVAC broke on a recent trip. Went on Amazon and ordered a set of various sizes. None worked. Then went to Thor CS and asked for help. They sent a reply with a note "see attached ". I saw a picture of the dash controls, but no part number. Sent the info to my dealer and asked for help. He sent me a reply saying if I could get a part number he would be glad to order one for me (I thought that was his job?).

Went back to Thor, got the same photo. Decided to enlarge the photo and behold, there are small black numbers above each knob. I'm attaching the photo in the event some of you have a similar problem.Click image for larger version

Google search and Amazon are your friends. I'll bet it's an auto part. Not a Thor part.
