Hydraulic leveling jack issues

My Lippert control panel for my levelers will not shut off with the on/off button

I've never tried to turn mine off. It turns itself off when I remove the key or while driving (times out?).

Well, I have the one that doesn't follow the rules. on/off didn't work.. I found out that holding the retract and enter button at the same time reset the whole system for any one who needs FYI wa laaaa
