Intermittent Engine Power Loss w/Clicking Relay?

Recently we have experienced short duration engine power loss, accompanied by clicking in the vicinity of the fuse panel at my feet. The power loss only lasts a few seconds and then may not happen again for hours. Looking for someone who has experienced the same, or may have a suggestion as to the cause. Fuel pump relay, or something else?
