Looks like your rubber boot has disintegrated on the wiper shaft nut. It should fit snuggly and that washer hose is outside of the rubber boot. It presses on to a tiny pipe that penetrates from the under side. It shoulg look like attached photo.
You can go to Thor or some dealership with VIN and so forth and they can drill down through all the parts diagrams until you find it.

Thank you! I can't believe how difficult it is to find this part or part number, and of course Thor isn't much help! Right now I have a parts manager trying to run down the part.

Take the last 6 didgits of your vin number to any freightliner dealer and they can either get the parts or give you part numbers to look online. I had to do that to get a new engine air cleaner for mine and it has the cummins 6.7l and the part number if any one is looking is FAR 094973 .

How will a Freightliner dealer help out with an RV built on a Ford E-Series chassis? (Axis/Vegas) Especially with only the sequence # portion of the VIN?

That's what I was thinking.

Well you can still get the part but it is a multi-step process: Call Thor to get the part # and then take that # to your dealer to order it (you can't order directly from Thor but they will happily give you the part #).

Or you can just see if your dealer can figure out the part # and order it.

Or you can look around at some of your local auto parts stores/Home depot first. I bet they have a variety of rubber boots that might work fine. Might have to cut it down if it was designed for something else. Just an idea.
