Use/Store switch problem
It's been working fine all along, but last week it started acting up. Usually you hit Use and it clicks, then 3 beeps and the lights work. Now I hear the click (relay) but it doesn't turn on the 12 volt system. If I keep hitting the switch it will eventually work. Is that the relay sticking? I checked the 5a fuse and it was OK. Changing the fuse didn't help either.

If it works after pushing the switch a couple times its cant be a fuse as you found out.
Sounds like a faulty switch.
What causes the beeps????
When i hit the switch i hear Tge click and lights come on. No beeping

On my last coach, a Fleetwood, the same thing would happen when the house batteries were depleted. How are your batteries?

I sometimes get a single "Beep" with mine; and other times I just get a "click".

After placing the use store switch in use check for 12 volts at the DC distribution panel before doing anything else. This will check the relay.
The beeps are most likely from the LP/CO2 detector which is also the low voltage alarm. When you first apply power the fan in the convertor will usually run for a few seconds. This will not occur if you are on shore power.

Can't be the switch. Every time I hit Use I hear the relay click.

Shouldn't hear the click every time you hit Use...
Only the first time after having hit Store - otherwise the relay should already be engaged.
I'd suspect the relay is bad.

Or that its miswired such that in the "center" position its actually doing "store".

It's a 2 position momentary rocker switch. It's always clicked every time you hit Use no matter how many times you press it. I'm pretty sure the relay is bad, but it works when it wants to. The batteries were at 12.4v.

I'll check that tomorrow. And you're right about the beeps.

The switch itself may make a mechanical click - but I would expect to only hear the relay engage the first time...
That is the case in my rig - but of course we all know there are variations from rig to rig - even the same model and year.

The switch makes no noise at all and never did. The click is loud and comes from the relay.

Half the time my use/store switch doesn't make any noise either. About the only way I know I'm putting it to store is to leave the kitchen lite on and push the switch to store. Then the lites go out. Then I can shut the door and leave. Kinda funny though. The radio / back up camera doesn't work unless THAT switch is pushed to use. Kinda goofy really.

That's intended so you can use the radio while camping (boondocking) without draining the chassis battery... or having to have the key in the ignition.
Admit it does seem strange to have to have the coach on for the cameras - but there was some logic to their direction.

I guess the engineers thought if you were in the coach, you would be USEing it.

Recently had the same problem and looked at all the recommended places (relay with fuse under reefer, transfer relay under pax bed, "red" reset button to left of house batteries). Never did find 'em. Looked at Battery Control Center panel cover layout of fuses/relays but nothing ran a bell.
Then, I remembered I had a document Thor sent on my request for info about TV wiring as I wanted to install DISH. Got a generic diagram showing wiring and outlets but nothing about DISH installation. Also sent me a 10 page Four Winds FW221 document talking to Battery Control Center. Looked it over and, thankfully, I saved it 'cause as I was under the Vegas "one more time" I recalled some diagrams on the tail end of the documents.
One was similar to the layout on the panel cover of the BCC in my Vegas. Only difference is the THOR diagram shows a 50A relay in the BCC but the relay was not on the BCC layout.
Whomever sent it to me marked up one page as a Battery Disconnect Relay and another with "Push this Button" and another "This is It". This is the 50A relay being referred to.
I pushed the button as directed and put the USE/STORE switch in "USE" and flipped switch for outside light (12V DC). Light came on for first time in ten days using house batteries only. Ditto house lights.
Hope attached helps

I had the same problem on my Hurricane. The switch had to be toggled a few times to make it work.... and then it stopped working. Of course, it totally stopped working on the first day of a 6000 mile trip.
It is important that you listen to the click sound while you can in order to locate the cabin power solenoid (relay). Thor told me mine was in or around the battery compartment. It wasn't. Mine is located under the bed. Since power to the solenoid was fine it and was being switched properly I determined the problem was the solenoid itself.
Once I found the location I ordered an exact replacement from Amazon. Replacing the old one was easy. No special tools required. I turned off the power and removed one wire at a time from the old and connected it to the new.

It's good to know that it's an easy fix; although it's a shame that you had to do it.

Use/store switch
So I've been having problems as well. I push the switch and get relay click with no power. I am wondering if I need a new switch. If I push and hold the button down I get power to the house. Do you think it's the switch or the relay?

Sounds like the relay is not latching in one direction.
