ISO Use/Store switch relay contacts

No 12V power. DMM confirms house batteries fully charged. Per Ed Felker's User Guide, I've found the Use/Store switch is not making "clicking or clunking sound". He mentions the relay contacts may be frozen in the store position and notes the relay is in the black box in driver's side storage compartment. Is this the fuse box, Thor Part 0300224, in that compartment? Pics attached. Or is it somewhere else?

That is the fuse box. I would check solenoid fuse link located with solenoid behind slotted panel under the refrigerator. That is actually what is supposed to “click’.

I located 5amp solenoid fuse link for On/Off switch. Pictures attached may help others find it as well. The fuse is good. Are there "relay contacts" somewhere that might be frozen in the Store position? Any other suggestions why no 12V power?
Also found The Dual Motor Synchronous Velocity Slide Controller in storage compartment under driver’s seat is indicating fault code #9 – Hall Pwr Short to GND. Would this be related to 12V power?

Thanks for annotation. Here is another one for fuse.
Not sure how one would access the area to test/replace the solenoid.
