Isolating batteries

I am needing to service batteries in my 31w four winds. I disconnected negative ground, but it appears I am still getting current to rv . Is the battery from the engine battery connected somewhere.
Not sure about the steps I need to take to isolate the batteries.

You have a ground connected somewhere. Did you remove all neg wires? You can service with them hooked up.
