Angry Jack's are down

I have a 2020 Thor Airea and the leveling Jack's will not come up. The control panel is flashing on the left side power button doesn't work. Is there a reset button or fuse I can check

I'm sure you've tried; but I have to ask.
Have you tried just hitting the "retract" button? Some setups (like mine): will allow you to pull them up: regardless of the problems.

There is a reset key combination, I think it is press all arrow keys at the same time, but I would call lci and see what they have to say.

Or look in the manual. The 4 arrow key resets the control panel on some models, other models require ENTER and RETRACT at the same time.

There is an over-ride procedure to retract them so you can get going on your way.

Some systems will differ in procedure, I'm sure, but your manual should explain.

On ours, you need a small allen wrench (maybe 5/32"), a 7/16" socket, and a drill motor to spin the motor/pump assembly. Ours always in clockwise, but believe some other systems not so. Check yours.

Retract one at a time and return the set screw setting, within the control valves when done, good luck...

Is you vehicle turned on? I don’t believe mine will work unless the vehicle is running.

The manual for ours states to: press enter and retract at the same time to clear error code. Turn engine on and restart auto retract sequence. This is if you did not have the engine on and enough voltage prior to trying to retract.

There is a breaker in the compartment where the hydraulic pump is located. If you have no lights my bet is that the breaker is tripped:

Most systems have emergency retract, start engine push hard on brake and put transmission in drive,DON'T LET COACH MOVE, jacks should retract.

If the breaker is tripped that will not happen.

You forgot one step - release the emergency brake.
And that's assuming the controller is still smart enough to perform that function. If it's locked up with an error condition it may not be.

I just had an animal eat the power cord to my controller. The controller AND panel were 100% dead. The emergency retract (press brake, put in R) worked. The fuse in the hydraulic panel was fine, though.

Thanks everyone for your help. The solution was pushing all 4 arrows at the same time. Thanks to everyone who gave me information.

Parking brake must be pushed in for jacks to work, engine running.

Not sure about the 2020 model, however on the 2017 I had that issue, there is a heavy duty resettable circuit breaker on the forward wall where the Coach batteries are located, it may need to be reset, it supplies power to the hydraulic pump, the control panel has a different power source. Best of luck
