Jensen too bright

I cannot find in the owner's manual where it describes reducing the brightness of the dial on the Jensen JWM1A radio which is right next to the bed. Our first night last night in our new MH and the bright blue light lights up the whole place. I tried putting something over it but didn't help much. Anyone know how to reduce the brightness?

That has been bugging me since day 1 or should I say night 1. You inspired me to find out how to turn it off.

Heres the steps.

1. Turn on radio
2. Push mode/menu button It should then show bass treble etc
3. Keep pushing button until "Light" with a number showing
4. Press volume lower button to lower the light. I went to 0 or off
5. Get a beer, relax you just fixed it and can now get some sleep at night.
