My experience with used RV’s is that any time remaining on chassis warranty transfers to second owner... but the Thor one tear warranty does not.
I have had dealers fix things found after purchase without charge, but they were not Thor warranty claims.

Lemon laws vary by state, and many exclude RVs... have to do research in the specific case/state to see what is covered.
