2013 Thor Citation Step Retraction
Bought this RV with the steps deployed and the bottom step removed so RV can travel. With key in ignition, on but not running, when the door closes and opens the step motor runs to retract or deploy the steps but nothing moves (and the light isn’t working but I assume that is just a burnt out bulb). I’m looking for suggestions what to do next to diagnose the problem. No dealership in Salida, CO and was hoping I could manage this one myself (with your help).
