Leak in outdoor kitchen in 34F Windsport

Has anyone else encountered a water leak in the outdoor kitchen, that isn't from the plumbing? Checked all the plumbing and it's dry. Water is getting in somehow though the door I think. Seals look ok, and door is snug.

Use water hose with nozzle and spray the door with it closed. If that proves nothing then you will have to look deeper

Actually did some more looking into today. I had washed the roof, and had a pretty good puddle on the floor of the outdoor kitchen, so it's definitely the door. I pulled the lock mechanism and looks like it's definitely getting in through that opening (see pics). The lock plate was nice and tight but there no silicone bead or anything. It has a rubber gasket but it sure doesn't look like it would work well. Click image for larger version

Anyway a good portion of the bottom of the door is delaminating. Still solid but soft by the lock. Guess I can have it changed, but I also have full body paint.

Looks like the edge trim is also leaking by the picture. I would put a bead on the edge trim as well as the lock. are you still under warranty?
