Search for user "axis earl". His seems to be the classic front cap joint/seal problem. Thor, and maybe all coach builders, have a terrible time securing the front fiberglass "cap" to the roof and sidewalls. The front and back are molded fiberglass. The sides and roof are made with aluminium "studs" covered with thin plywood and a skin, fiberglass for the sides and a rubber sheet for the roof. They get screwed together with a caulking sealant to keep it weather tight. In theory. And the sealant is excluded in the warranty. The workers putting together are paid piece work and the buyer is the Quality Control inspector.
