Interiors lights won’t come on

2016 Palazzo all my appliances are working the breakers have been checked the GFI is fine. We are plugged into shore power the converter is floating a charge BUT the interior lights along with the pump and the lights for the gas and water tank etc do not come on. The inverter won’t come on when I push the button. Any ideas please help

Sounds like you have no DC to the DC buss.
How do you know the converter is "floating a charge"?
Have you checked the reverse polarity fuses on the fuse panel/converter?

If the inverter won't respond, I would suspect the 12 volt house batteries are not charged. There is also a 250 volt CB in the battery compartment that could be tripped, but it is unlikely if you haven't messed with the house batteries recently.
