Wiper Problem-Help!

I have a wiper problem on my 2019 Thor Vegas on a 2018 E450 chassis.

When I turn on my wipers, they move about 25 degrees or so and stop. When I turn off the wipers, they move slightly, but will not go back to the park position. This happened suddenly with no prior indicaton of a problem.

So far, I have replaced the motor assembly (a waste of money) and lubricated the linkage.

Is this an electrical problem? If so, what component?

Would appreciate any help.

Even though I had lubricated the linkage, I disconnected the wiper arms from the end of the linkage and found the driver side was severely binding, probably due to water causing corrosion.

Lots of WD-40 and some spray lithium grease solved the problem.
