2015 Hurricane 34E overhead bunk

Just purchased used vehicle, overhead bunk worked fine. Arrived at campsite and it doesn't seem to have power. Turned key switch, vehicle is off, other slides work. Where do I start the troubleshooting?

Found the controller in the storage above the driver seat. I stored items there and the wire came off of the controller. On to my next items to repair!

In our 2015 Windsport there is a panel that covers and protects the controller. It was held in place with regular screws. When I had to get in there to check some wiring it was a pain to remove the screws so I replaced the screws with thumb screws which can be removed by hand, no tools needed.
