2018 Thor Sprinter TT24 House Battery

We have a 2018 Thor Sprinter TT24 RV, Left set most of Winter, starting intermittently, new House batteries, fully charged, but no electricity to the RV. Ant Ideas? I have checked fuses, breakers, and a red cable by the accelerator. Any help appreciated, we are in Mexico headed home in a few days.Incidently we worked on the solar panel and it's working,

Although the chassis engine will charge the house batteries, the house batteries and charger will not feed back to the chassis to keep that battery charged. Jump start the unit and take a drive to charge the chassis battery. On my Sprinter I wired in a Battery Tender to the chassis battery which is in the floor under the drivers seat, and in the winter I plug it into a outlet in the RV and leave the use switch turned on so power is supplied to the outlet when the RV is plugged in to charge the house batteries and now the chassis battery. Make sure to do your typical terminal maintenance and water topping prior to winter.
