Lite peeling of white roof on edges

Hi no sure if I should brush on some lap sealant.
Very light peeling on edges. Not sure if a lite brush of sealant along entire side of roof will help future issues.

Yes. Get it on record that there may be a problem. I'd also get it to your dealer for inspection. Our Windsport is 7 years old and I haven't seen anything like that on it. . Don't mention your idea to them or that will be the FIX, let them figure out the problem and what the proper fix is. Good luck

Where are you now? Know you are in the middle of a trip. We are in the Portland Or area (not in Portland) and there are a couple dealer locations that might work out.

Since it is not a failure of the roof material itself, and you are beyond the 90 roof warranty, they will likely tell you it is an owner maintenance item.

I can't tell by your pictures, but generally Thor uses the Geocell Proflex Sealant on the roof seam edges.

I have this so use this or white lap sealant?

Thank you for sending in pictures of you roof. It appears as though the roof needs to be resealed. Roof sealant does fall under owner maintenance per the warranty guide book. Thor recommends checking and resealing if needed, every 3 months minimum.
