Lost 12 volt power

We have a 2014 Thor Fourwimds 31E and we have no 12 volt power in the coach. Everything works on generator power and when we are plugged in. Both batteries have 13 volts. Any thoughts thanks

When I switch the button to "store" I don't hear a click like I use to. Where is the disconnect located? Thanks

Are you switching it back to use?

If you just keep hitting "store" you won't hear the click, you have to flip back and forth between store and use (e.g. once its in store hitting store more won't do anything and once its in use hitting use more won't do anything).

Found the issue. The relay tripped under the bed. Thanks for the reply
