low drains location

Does anyone know where the low lying drains are located on 2017 chassis/2019 thor synergy 24 SK? I am a new owner and I can't seem to locate them for winterization. Is there a drain for tankless water heater? I'm so frustrated about the lack of available info.

First, welcome to the forum.

Contact Thor or go into the owner's resource center and download the fresh water diagrams. The diagrams will show you the location of the low point drains.
