Low Point Drain Valve (push/pull type)

I have a year-old Hurricane with an outside sink. The lines that feed the sink also have the low point drain valves. The drain valves are the type with a metal ring on top that is used to pull/push a small cylinder up/down. When in the down position, water flows straight through to the outside sink. In the up position, water is diverted out the low point drain.

One of the valves is inoperable (won’t move up/down and water does not flow to sink or out the drain).

This is a ½” PEX setup. I am having trouble finding replacement parts. Attached is a photo.

Does anyone know where to get these valves? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the response. I was hoping someone here had similar experience and could provide the needed info quickly. I may break down and try Thor customer service, but my personal experience with customer service hotlines is lackluster. I've only been scouring the internet a couple of days so I haven't gotten desperate enough to call Thor.

I've gotten great advice/feedback from Thor Customer Service every time I've called.

Here's the number: (877) 855-2867

It will help to have your VIN available when you call.

I was able to get parts i needed to fix some of my issues at our Home Depot. They even had the parts to make my own winterize feed and plug.

Replace with a good pex ball valve from most any home improvement store. They have several types for pex that require special tools to install, compression, shark bite to name a couple.
