Low Voltage

My new Luminate 2024 won’t raise jack’s when I press retract all. I see low voltage so I left all night plugged in a regular house electric plug 110V but still this morning I cannot raise Jack’s. The Ipad says house batteries 14.5 ?? Seems ok but I don’t know. Tried to start the generator but won’t start eigther ?? Can I put a regular car charger on house batteries. Anything I can do to raise Jack’s ?

Try starting the engine.

Yes motor running. Power brake on also tried off.

Check breakers near your coach batteries, trip and reset, then try again.
I don’t know your unit but you will probably have a 50A breaker and a 100A breaker. Try tripping and resetting both, then try your jacks and check if the genny starts.

If your generator won't start either then you have lost poer to or through the 100 amp DC circuit breaker near your house batteries.

Thank you for the tip... The tech and the salesman were not aware of this breaker. This was exactly my problem, it was hidden in the battery box behind a few wires. I was finaly able to hit the road and am now in beautiful Florida.

Ain't this forum great? I think it's the best because Thors cause more problems. No telling how many owners have had their day saved bigtime as a result of such instant responses. Whoever owns the forum could get monthly payments for road side assistance. This one works 24/7.
