I know when I changed my tire on my Axis (E450) it said "150 lb" on each lug nut. Very nice. Check your lug nuts.....But I bet its the same as the E450.

I just had mine done on a Ford Transit diesel. The tire shop has a chart with years and models that tells them what it should be. In my case, it was 148 lbs.

I thought that the shops just used an impact wrench set to, "You'll never remove these babies!"

I'd think 150 would suffice. At 450 ft lbs, ridiculously tight, you couldn't break them loose "in the bush" without a 1" breaker bar & a 6-8' cheater & a couple folks hanging on the end of it.

Freightliner and other DP chassis with 22.5 inch wheels use 450 ft# torque.

For OP- Check with your chassis dealer (Ford?) for correct torque.
