Exhaust fan died

We have an ACE 27.2, 2017 and live In SoCal. We store on our property and we have had an hotter than normal Summer so I left the coach exhaust fans on for the last month to keep heat from building up. The fan in the living room area has died and all other electrical is working. Just in case checked the fuses and all seems okay. Short of buying a whole new one and installing anyone have any other ideas. Thinking the motor died.

Thanks for any advice.

Those fans are 12 volt, your batteries are dead or dying.

You may be right, the motor may have died. Some have control board issues as well. You can buy the parts but they may be expensive. Here's a video to review:

Everything else on those batteries seems to be fine. The batteries are new. One is a little corroded. I’ll clean that.

Take a volt meter to the batteries and to the fan. Depending on what fan you have there some are very cheap to replace. And very easy

My axis, only vaguely related to your RV, has an extremely stupid switch over the sink that ALSO works the fan BY CUTTING POWER TO IT.
It jacks with us considerably when it gets switched off and the fan won't work.
