I have hydraulic levelers. For those of you that read my shout out to Lipper after losing one on I-8, I finally checked the others. They need to be tightened. I don't know what the torque spec is and you'd probably have to call for your particular system anyway. All I know is mine are spec'd to 'tight'.

I used an impact wrench to tighten mine, spun fast enough I didn’t have to hold cylinders

Torque specs are a property pertaining to the size and grade of the bolt.
Knowing this, a chart can be looked up for that information.
A half inch bolt generally has a three quarter inch hex head.

The grade is the marking on the cap.
No markings and it is a standard grade, think soft, type of bolt.
Three lines is a grade five.
Five or six lines is a grade eight.
And socket head bolts, (Allen heads), are higher.
Anything else, triangles and whatnot, are manufacturers marks.

Not all impacts are created equal on distributing torque.
I suggest checking by hand afterward regardless.

A strap wrench recommended to hold the cylinder shaft.
Any marring there can lead to cut seals that end up leaking.
You can also make some sort of 'soft jaws', clamping with brass or wood between grips and shaft.
