Microwave doesn't work with Generator

We have 2021 Axis 24.1
Generator works fine and runs the AC and outlets just fine but when we try to use the microwave on the generator the microwave runs for about 2 seconds then shuts off.
Does anyone else have this problem? Isn't the generator supposed to be powerful enough to run the microwave? Microwave runs fine on 'regular' power.
Any helpful thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

My thoughts..

What else is running when the microwave is turned on? I would try to isolate to microwave only and find out what load the microwave is pulling.

Report to Thor ASAP, even if you find a resolution on your own get it on record with them. You never know what they already know.

Finally, if you not missing anything and Genny is not supplying 4000 watts of power (30 amps), you at least know that is covered under warranty by Onan, so you may need to call them as well to get that process started.
