You don't say what Year/Make/Model RV you have or any background so let's start with:
Your motorhome has 2 battery banks:
The CHASSIS battery bank normally has 1 battery in a gas RV and 2 or more in a diesel RV. This bank serves the same functions as the battery in your car - starting the engine and powering running loads like headlights and dash heater fan, etc.
The HOUSE battery bank which powers the house loads like lighting, control power for the water heater, furnace, and absorption fiidge, inverter for TVs and residential fridge, water pump, and furnace fan.
So what battery bank indicates"no charge", how is it indicated (in volts, percentage, amp-hours, etc), when was the last time it worked correctly (if ever) and what has changed since it last worked correctly?
EDIT: OP is talking about his CHASSIS battery. I missed that on first read.
