New 2019 Outlaw Toy hauler 37GP issue fixed

Purchased a new 2019 37GP 2-29-2020 in Tampa, really nice rig. Our 3rd toy hauler, second Thor. We drove it home, about 100 miles, and was setting everything up the following weekend. The Jacks stuck in the down position and would not retract. Contacted the Emergency road service, purchased the protection package from the dealer. The road service ended up costing us $1,499.00 and it still did not fix the problem. Dealer would not come out, said they did not do road service and we would have to bring the RV in. Could not do that cause the jacks were stuck down. We were on our own to get this fixed on a new motorhome.... Finally got in touch with Thor, Lippert and another Thor dealer closer to us. They recommend Next Level RV service as they also did warranty work for Lippert products. Well, Covid-19, shutdowns and social distancing caused a lot of delays. A big THANK YOU to Lippert, Thor and General RV (Ocala FL) for coming together and helping us to get going. Took almost 3 months but we are excited to be able to start using this new motorhome.
