I have a 2018 citation. Love it, except I can’t get the climate control to turn off. Ideas please?

I can only suggest the black knob turned toward the driver until it won't turn anymore based on what you've typed.

This is for the coach not the car part. The control is a smart screen Pluto. Screen controls slides, temp, lights etc.
