Need help
Lost power with generator running to part of cabin. Rear AC working but lost power to front AC,microwave,and other 110 volt outlets and battery's are not charging except when motor is running.

Yes no breakers are tripped I flipped them all off no change like there's no power to breakers but rear AC is still running even when I tripped all breakers

You don't say which model of coach you have. With the generator off and coach not plugged in, find and check your breakers, flip the breakers off manually, don't depend on just looking at them because sometimes it's hard to tell for sure. Next check the breakers on your generator, again turn them off manually and then back on. If you get power back but the breakers trip again, STOP, you have a short or loose wire that Ned's to be fixed immediately!
If resetting your breakers doesn't work then you may have a loose wire either at the generator or in your transfer switch. DO NOT work on either of these with power to the coach, you're dealing with 120 volts and high amperage. Without knowing which model you have I can't tell you where your transfer switch may be located, it will probably be near your converter and inverter. Flip the use/store switch off and on, listen for the loud click, that's probably where you will find all your main electrical items.
Hope it's something simple like a breaker!

If you have a 5500 watt Onan, sounds like one of the genset's breakers tripped.

It is a 5500 and just tripped both breakers on Genny and reset them no change

Thought I read on here somewhere that someone found a breaker for the A/C up in the A/C. If I'm remembering correctly they took the inside panel off the A/C and found a breaker in there.

Yes checked cabin breakers. Still nothing at the 110 outlets just rear AC only and not charging battery's

If you could plug into shore power, it would belp narrow it down. If it does the same thing plugged in, it could be an open neutral, or an open at one of the service breakers.

Sounds like one of the hot legs dropped... If the genset breakers are ok (and you said you tripped/reset) - and since you can't plug in to isolate - next stop would be the transfer switch - and then the breaker panel...
Be looking for an open hot lead - a bad or broken connection.
Check everything with power/genny off to be sure all connected and tight...
If you are comfortable working with electricity - start the genny and check for voltage on each lead into and out of the transfer switch... Each hot to neutral should read 110v, and hot to hot should read 220...
If all ok, move to the main breaker panel and check the inputs there.
Hopefully will find something along the way.

Have you checked your GFCI plug, if only some things are off it sounds like it's tripped.

From reading your posts its unclear if you checked the generator itself. There may be one or more breakers right on the side of the generator under the cover panel.

Ok up date with it plugged into shore power everything works as it should. Could be generator breakers but one will still work off of genny. Could one of the breakers have come loose

The generator has a single or double circuit breaker built right into the generator itself. You probably have to open the "basement" door, then remove the side panel of the generator. You will see the start button and nearby will be the breaker handles marked off and on. Just flip them off and back to on. Check when you get a chance to see if that restores full operation when running on genny.

This is what a transfer switch looks like. Mine had an issue when I took this picture; but anyway it's about an 8 inch square junction box with a double pole double throw relay inside. The relay coil is powered by the genny circuit, so when the genny starts putting out power, the coil will cause the relay to flip to the generator supplied power. The generator supplied power will take priority and the RV will switch over to it. When the generator power stops, the relay will revert to the home position and connect the RV back to the shore power coming in, if there is any.
