Would you mind posting the part number of the solenoid Mickey/John?
I also have a Vegas 25.2 and would like to add this to my record of part numbers just in case!
Thanks,

… and also, that solenoid is the thing you hear clicking when you position the USE/STORE in its two positions. I always advise folks that when USE/STORE working to track down exactly where that clicking sound is coming from because when that relay dies (and you didn't check where it was located when it worked) it's a real PITA to find that relay.

Hi John,
The replacement was Intellitec Battery Disconnect. Now the invoice says the part number is 45-0019 but when I search that part number for Intellitec that number does not come up, they have different numbers. I believe service probably used the part number that the distributor used for that part as Intellitec sales through distributors. When you search Intellitec Battery Disconnect you can see pictures of the solenoid so you know what to look for.
Hope that helps.

The USE/STORE (master power) relay simply connects the house battery bank with the 12 volt fuse panel in the power center. If you want to USE battery power, the relay must be in the USE position. If you want to USE the coach's charger to charge the house battery bank, the relay must be in the USE position. The only time to put the relay in the in the STORE position is when coach is stored WITHOUT shore power or generator power. Even then there is some current draw from the house batteries for devices no fused by the power center.

the Store switch is connected to a clutch relay. Have the tech replace the relay. you should hear a clunk when you switch the switch from store to use. We had this issue and in the beginning they would just tell me it happens. Well it does happen, I had to show the tech that tapping the relay with a screw driver fixes it temporarily but I have to take the bed apart to tap the relay so replace the damb thing instead of wasting my time at the dealer. GRRRRR. No more issue. Be firm make them replace it.

Before you replace the relay (and that very well may be the problem) make sure your coach batteries are not dead. The relay does not work unless there is enough voltage in the coach batteries to make it activate. When you plug the coach into shore power the batteries look like they have power because it is being fed by shore power thru the converter/charger and the use/store switch will work as will all your 12v systems. If the coach batteries are not taking a charge, when you disconnect the coach, the batteries can no longer activate the use/store switch and you will have no lights or radio. Good idea to check this first before you pay for replacing the relay. If you plug it in again to shore power and the Use/store works and you have 12v power, then unplug and check the batteries.

I'm in the camp of swapping 4 New Batteries. Everything is some how dependent on Good batteries. Once I swapped out. I have had smooth traveling since. If you are on originals Not worth the anguish. I swapped with these Group 31.

HA...You are Correct.. sorry "for" not 4... I learned a lesson. I did replace with 2 group 31 in tray. No modifications. Although 4 would be nice.. I will also add. When I buy a New Coach. I will not sign paperwork Unless BRAND NEW BATTERIES ARE INSTALLED AND I AM PRESENT SEEING THEM UNWRAPPED New AND INSTALLED! I will walk if not.
