Need help with what these are

I was inspecting the left slide out (big one) on my 2016 Thor 4wnds 35sk. I found these inside the slider tracks held in by what was left of a couple screws. I pulled them out. Anyone know what they are and what they do? I could speculate but... just dont know.

It's a safety, keeps the slide out from being discharged in the event of a crash or hard stop. You should see a formed piece of sheet metal under the slide toward the outside where the T part nests into when the slide out is retracted fully.
Need them, Yep.
That's gonna be tough to get to to replace.
