The missing/damaged part is a radiator support? And you have been a year waiting on a backordered part. Is it a chassis support part?
If it were mine as Dave stated I would bring the damaged piece to a fabrication/machine shop and see if it can be made or repaired. Essentially you have lost a season and a half to this point on your, for the most part new rig.
Is this your insurance company or the guy with the pick up that pulled in front of you footing the bill? Or are you on the hook for your own repairs. If this is an insurance job I would be SCREAMING and I do mean SCREAMING at this point at the carrier that is responsible for getting it fixed. (A year out is well past time for catching more flies with honey or tacos )
If it is your dime then I do not mean to be rude but it's on you for not trying to get a part fabricated.

As you can see in the attachment, the part is not easily made. It is part number 3N058. It is on the other fellows insurance so you can guess they do not make the extra effort since I am not one of their customers. I have had more than one ask why I did not try to make one in my home machine shop. This thing is stamped and welded from multiple pieces and and FORD's own website, it states that any part not of FORD manufacture or even a used part will void the warranty.
I am disappointed in FORD. I bet if one of their executives had this motorhome, they would have gotten one somewhere.
I did see a lawyer, but he says I would make things worse by taking them to court since it is only property damage, no physical injuries.

Well after 16 months, I will be getting the MH back. They still do not have the wheel cover or a couple of the decals. I plan on going to get it on Monday. I will have to carry it back if the decals come in, but will be able to camp. I will be carrying a cranking battery because they have not tried to maintain it and its dead.
