2021 Compass TW slide issues

My 2021 Compass TW full wall slide stops a couple times going in and going out. When it stops I push the touch pad again and it immediately starts going again. It might happen 2 or 3 times in and out. Sometimes it may stop only once. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks. Should I be concerned? Is this normal?

I have a Compass 24TF and experienced the same thing. Its not the slide. Its the Lippert touch screen. It is not sensitive enough. If you move your finger at all, it loses touch. The best option is to load the OneControl app on your smart phone. Hope this helps.

I don't have your coach but with my system, I have to keep my finger on the extend/retract button on the touch screen to have the slide move. If I take my finger off while it is moving, the slide stops.

somehow my app works better than the touch screen..but if you move the code to S1 for slide there are EXT and RET buttons that really work
