No 110v power when plugged in to shore

2015 Ace 30.2. It has power when the genny runs but not when it’s plugged into shore. Power is good at the plug. Not sure if there is a breaker or something else I am missing. Batteries are good and it has 12v power.

Check the transfer switch. It has power cords coming in from the shore power cord and the generator and one going out to the coach power distribution panel. It sounds like your transfer switch may have partially failed.

Not sure where this (transfer switch) is located on your unit but mine is just inside a storage bin near the incoming power plug. You can usually hear a reasonably loud "knock or light bang" when you throw power to it. You might have a loose connection on the incoming side of the shore power connection while the incoming side from the generator is still OK.

The plant 750 coaches (ACE, Windsport, Hurricane and Freedom Traveler) have, the transfer relay under the bed near the power center. It will be the first black box in the heavy wire string (orange cable sheath if 30 amp and black if 50 amp).

it's possible that a wire is loose within the ATS, a common problem - unhook from shore power, turn the generator off, and open the ATS panel and tighten all connections.

otherwise, your Shore POwer breaker could be tripped, or one side is loose within it's breaker...
