No 12V DC power

Hi everyone,

I have a 2017 Thor ACE 30.1 and I can't get any 12V power. I have a toggle-type "battery disconnect" switch just inside the entrance which "I believe" controls a relay to connect the house batteries to the 12V circuits. I used to hear the relay engage, but not anymore, so I'm focusing on the relay as the problem.

Looking for the relay location and what it might look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone has any other suggestions as to the possible cause of the problem, I would love to hear them.

So I assume this is only a "battery source" issue and the 12 VDC works when plugged into SP?

1 - Check your actual house battery voltage to make sure the batteries are not dead. The power to shift the battery disconnect latching relay comes from the house batteries.

2 0- Make sure your 50 Amp DC breaker is not tripped. It's in near the house battery compartment and probably looks like this:



If the flag is extended, push it back in to reset it. The button trips it (for testing), the flag resets it.

Thanks for the info. The house batteries were discharged. Once I charged them, the relay started working.
