No battery power

I tried to start my motor home this morning but it appears that my batteries are dead. It has been plugged into shore power. Even my house batteries seem dead as no lights come on if I unplug the shore power.
I was under the understanding that my batteries are being charged if I am plugged in.
BTW when I am plugged into 110 v my fridge, microwave, lights etc. Work.
Appreciate any help.

What RV do you have?

MHs do not charge when SP is connected if the USE/STORE (battery disconnect/Main power) switch is in STORE (disconnected/off). And now that the batteries are dead, the switch can not operate the latching relay until the house batteries are charged externally.

I replaced my house batteries with new fully charged ones. If not on shore power I do not have 12 v in the rv. The converter is not charging the battery. It looks like there is a break between the battery and the fuse box. Appreciate any ideas.

Batteries wired wrong
DC breaker to the load center tripped
Battery disconnect open (STORE position)
Reverse polarity fuses on the fuse panel blown.

Thank you. It was the DCbreaker in the load center.
