No battery power but batteries are full

I have a 2016 Hurricane 29M. The control module under the king size bed is not telling my 12 volt power to turn on when I unplug the shore power or turn off the generator. I traced the hot power to the module from the battery and it is on. The cable coming off the module to the fuse panel is staying off. Is it the module or some sending unit from the generator or shore power plug? Is there some simple test to find out?

Have you made sure that the "use/store" switch is in the use position? When you switch that switch you should hear the click of the solenoid.

So, when unplugged, you have no lights? Or are you talking about thins like microwave and TV?

So is the device you see under the bed similar to the device shown in the top left corner of the attached picture? You traced coach battery +12vdc to one side of the device but you see 0vdc on the fuse/converter side of it (when shore power is disconnected and generator is off)? If yes, this device is probably a 50 amp resettable cct breaker (if resettable there should be a small black button on the side that you push in to reset). That should restore your coach battery connection to the fuse/converter panel.

Hey Be Happy,
Thanks a million. Even though I feel like an idiot for not trying the store/use switch you saved me a lot of grief. I opened a lot of places and learned a lot about my motor home but I hadn't spent any money on parts yet. The easiest fix is never the most obvious. I will start putting everything back together now.
Thanks again for your help,
Lorick

Dvan and Javelin,
Thanks for your input. Be Happy nailed it with the simplest fix of all. The
use/store switch was in the store mode. One push of the button fixed it.
Thanks,
Lorick

Well good, that’s where I was going as well. You’re not the first to have that happen!
