2016 rear window latch for 2016 Chateau

Need some help to fix the rear window latch on a 2016 chateau 31w. Just picked it up and the rear window is not closing all the way. If someone could take a few pics of the latch then maybe I can figure out how to fix it. Thanks

The rear window on our 17 chateau is a escape window and cannot be opened. It will fall out. There is a little ledge it fits on. Trust me I wish I could open it. .

The owner thinks their kids opened it and he had trouble getting it closed correctly. It is an emergency exit window.

Maybe get another person to help ..go out side yourself and check the top where the window fits in. Have the person inside to open the window latch. This way if if falls you can catch it. There is a lip it fits on. Maybe you can adjust it there.. be careful and good luck. Sorry I can't help more.
