No Horn

2015 Mercedes Sprinter 3500. Horn went out. EASY FIX? Or do I need a dealership repair bill?
Any help would be appreciated.

Get a voltmeter; check for 12 VDC at the horn when pressing the horn button.

Got 12 VDC? You gotta bad horn.
No 12 VDC? Fuse, relay or horn button contacts.

Would like to know where it’s located. Been under the hood for 10 minutes but can’t locate the mount

The way that they hide components today: get yourself some extra sets of eyeballs, and let them join in on the fun: good luck, and happy hunting!

Forget all that and just buy a compressor + some air horns

Yeah, long time ago and driving another RV, we were in Big city and we hit a bump there. Horn started honking and stayed honking, never stopped. So I pulled over and popped the hood, found the horn and pulled the wires. Never thought that would happen nowadays but it did. Had another time when a car hit another and got em in the horn. That time it was easier just to pull one of the battery cables. Yeah, I'm not in love with horns.

Buy one of those horns in a can, cheaper.
