No hot water in taps

We have 2012 Thor Tuscany. We have the unit hooked up to City water and the water pressure is working fine. There is hot water in the water heater but no hot water comes out of the taps or shower. Seems like the hot water heater is being bypassed. Any ideas?

Greetings and Welcome
There is a bypass for winterizing the water heater, you'll still have water at the shower etc just not heated.

Here's a YouTube.

The valve location might look something like this.

Yes this worked. It was the bypass for the hot water heater. The unit had been de-winterized and they didn’t close the bypass valve. Thanks.

Lesson learned! Next year, do your OWN winterizing. Then when you "forget" to switch the valves - you can blame... yourself!

Glad you got it figured out! Happy camping!!
